FARMACIE, the non-profit that I co-founded a few years ago has grown in the most beautiful way. We hosted our very first workshop this year and we took our concept out of the city to host our first of five dinners at Klippers Organic Farms in The Similkameen Valley. We are teaming up with some of the best chefs of the city and some of the tastiest wineries of the interior to bring you a unique, intimate supper series on a lovely farm. The mission? For our first dinner of the series we partnered with Chefs Ryan Gauthier + Craig Scherer of The Glowbal Group, they headed out to the fields the morning of the dinner and curated the final touches of the menu based on the most fresh produce they could find.
